Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders above NPR 20,000. Orders above NPR 20,000 may be subject to applicable shipping charges.
Orders are usually dispatched and delivered within 3–7 business days. Customized orders may require 12–15 business days for dispatch.
Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, customs clearance, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping is available for selected locations. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as working days for express shipping.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations within Nepal, subject to serviceability of the delivery address. Additional COD charges may apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping through selected international courier partners. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country and will be displayed at checkout.
Customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery, where applicable. DRI JEWELS does not control or estimate these charges, as customs regulations vary by country.
Free shipping is currently not available for international orders.
INSURANCE
DRI JEWELS takes reasonable measures to ensure that your order is securely packed and protected during transit until delivery. A signature or delivery confirmation may be required upon receipt.
Once the order has been successfully delivered to the provided delivery address or authorised recipient, responsibility for the package passes to the recipient.
TAXES & DUTIES
For domestic orders, applicable taxes and charges are included in the product price where required.
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country, and customers are advised to contact their local customs authority for further information.
